After the huge success of our 2nd event and the great feedback from the participants we are excited to announce that the 3rd FOTF Trail Run will take place on the 30th of March at the well known Anura Wine Estate just outside Klapmuts.
Family and friends are encouraged to also live the fit and healthy lifestyle by taking part in a 3km, 5km or 10km Trail Run.
Please note that the run will be a separate event and is not part of the Cross Training Event. Entries to the run will be separate from the Cross Training entries. You do not take part in the Cross Training if you enter the run.
The run will meander through the beautiful vineyards on Welbedacht as well as the surrounding farms.

5km - Start - 8:15am - R80
10km - Start - 8:00am - R100
Wine, Craft Beer and Food Stalls will be available.
